Week 15 - Margaret's House

Last week we discovered Abner is a bit of a loner. Dirk moved off to college and Cheyenne grew up into a pretty teenager. She and Abner started flirting even though they have no chemistry. Abbey used the genie lamp to get some money to pay for Dirk's tuition. Ross proposed to Abbey. Thomas grows up, meaning that all the children staying here are now teens. A spring snowstorm brings a new child to the house, Daisy. Abbey and Ross got married, despite the spring snowfall. Their wedding gift was another child, Tamara.

This is no surprise. Actually the surprise is it was only Abner that caught the cold so far.

Whoops, or maybe not. Abbey isn't feeling too hot either.

With the kids in school and Ross at work (Slacker) she passes the time playing chess.

I guess it wasn't a cold after all. Raising all those kids should make her a pretty good Mother.

Aw, crap. There was nothing I could do for Abner. I should have kept him home from school.

I hope this doesn't reflect badly on Abbey and the place gets shut down.

Archie celebrates his Adult birthday, which means it is time for him to move out on his own.

Cheyenne grieves for Abner by doing yoga. She also really wants that athletic scholarship and she is almost there!

Bye bye Archie, we'll see you at the end of the week.

Abbey's pregnancy has been pretty easy on her so far.

Nothing like giving birth on the patio with the gardener trimming the hedges.

This is Linnea. She got her father's pink eyes.

A glitch made Tamara lose a grade point and man is she pissed.

Daisy gets to know Alexander Birch.

Yay, she got her scholarship! She missed out on the one for good grades because she missed the school bus. For some reason kids in my game can't walk to school. :\

Linnea is growing like a weed.

Cheyenne heads off to college.

Daisy is now friends with Nicholas Birch too.

I have a feeling Linnea inherited too many of Abbey's features. We'll see.

I knew Abbey would be a great Mother.

Eleanor comes by for a visit.

Good Mother doesn't always mean great cook.

Luckily the local fire department is quick to respond.

Ross has become Mr. Fixit.

Things around here are becoming a little more quiet now with most the kids moved out.

Linnea celebrates another birthday. I think she inherited enough of Ross's features. Her jaw should smooth out as she ages.

Daisy also celebrated a birthday. She rolled Pleasure/Family.

She also has one bolt with Thomas. She shows her affection in the only way she knows how...

question
how do you add kids to your house?

Re: question
I use the Sim Blender to move sims from household to household or to move in townies. It even gives you the option to adopt the sim (adds them to the family tree) if you want to do it that way.

Abner was just about to grow up too. :(
Daisy is pretty and she is a townie that was made playable, too!
