Week 4 - Thornwood

While Thane enjoys working with clay and painting, he's never really take it too seriously. He'd rather spend the time with his family, as odd as some might think that is for a romance sim.

Dahlia heard about a local garden club started up so she decided to call the leader and see if she could join.

Little did she know they actually give you money to be a member.

Time flies and the twins become toddlers.

Dahlia loves her family and her children with Thane, but she longed for a child that would understand her. She calls him Rowan.

The Thornwoods have finally saved up enough to buy a little shop. Dahlia gardens enough to feed more than her small family after all.

Despite Rowan not being his biological son, Thane treats him just like his other children.

The Harvest Barn is small, but its enough to provide everyone with food.

The toddlers all get along well, despite their differences.

Toddlerhood flew by quickly, its time for everyone to grow up.

Rowan becomes a dashing adult plant sim.

And the twins grow up well too.

The twins like to torment each other, but its always in fun.

Then one morning Dahlia discovers she doesn't feel so good. Thane seems to know what's going on.

The Harvest Barn is doing really well.

Looks like Bay might just have the same business instincts as her mother. Maybe she will take over the business when she is older.

Her first customer is her Dad of course. He is really sweet to his kids.

He loves playing with them.

Neither of the twins are morning people.

Thane's hunch must have been right. Dahlia suddenly goes into labour.

Its another boy. They call him Ash.

Rowan checks out the new juicer, he can't resist the smell of fresh fruit.

They really are! Despite the kids constantly tormenting each other they still get positive relationship scores for it.

It seems certain supernaturals pick baccs to infest. You have plantsims. I have werewolves. Another friend has witches... XD

And woooo, I caught up! :D

I'm hoping to keep the plantsim population under control. I really don't mind playing them, but after awhile they all just start to look like each other.

All your posts made me grin & giggle! I'm playing into week 5 now so expect lots more updates. :)

I love the small family dynamic I'm sensing from the pictures. It's adorable, and I love it. :)

They're a really close family which seems to suit them perfectly. :)
