Week 11 - Parks

Pregnancy is making Arianna a little soft.

Baldwin is taking advantage of this.

Just as the girls arrive home from school baby Abner is born. Liyana seems thrilled to have a baby brother.

The girls brought some friends home from school.

Albert Okitikoo's wife comes home with Kristof.

Its probably not a good thing for a baby to be around that many electronics at night.

I'm warning you two, no more children!

I can't be mad at them though, Abner is a total sweet heart.

Shelby pops by for a visit. I love how close these girls have remained. They visit each other all the time.

The cold of winter is setting in.

Ella-Mae is doing terrible at school.

Maybe its because she needed glasses. Or because she spends all her free time playing games instead of studying.

Shelby proves she may be a little socially awkward.

The twins finally become teens! Here is Keeley. She is a no-fuss kinda girl, the concept of make-up is beyond her.

Abner also had another birthday.

And here is Ella-Mae.

Ella-Mae and Keeley hit the town, eager to start dating. Ella-Mae won the fight between going to the art gallery or the park. She feels confident she'll be able to pick up an artsy type guy here.

She is crazy if she thinks Oliver is going to go for her considering he is a) living with a woman that is having his baby b) sadly still pining over her aunt, Shelby and c) there is a huuuuggeee age gap here, come on!

Keeley picks up on who she is attracted to and starts teasing her.

Ella-Mae, bold as she is, decides to chat Oliver up.

Keeley on the other hand finds a suitable candidate for herself.

Though things get off to a bit of an awkward start.

Oliver smoothly avoids Ella-Mae's advances.

Feeling rejected she finds Keeley to head back home. Only to find her sister flirting with the only teen boy in the gallery.

Things seem to be a little less awkward now.

But when Keeley innocently asks Andy back to their house he gets the wrong idea.

He obviously isn't just out looking to score since he turns her down.

Ella-Mae is so pretty! It's so irritating when sims crush on the wrong sims isn't it. You can't tell them why it's wrong.. they should just know :P

I think its pretty realistic that they are attracted to people they shouldn't be. I remember many teacher crushes and the likes when I was a teen. Its also funny to see them get shot down. I think its all part of growing up. :)

I agree, but at the same time, in real life you can sort of know where the sims have no idea. I apologise if that makes no sense, it does in my head, but I am frequently informed that things that make sense in my head rarely make sense out of it. :P

It makes perfect sense! Sims have no concept of what is appropriate, which is what makes it kind of silly and amusing.
