Week 14 - Swafford

I realize this family should have been Swafford for the last several updates now. I completely forgot to change the family name when Bay married Corey.

Henly moves out at the beginning of the week. He doesn't even bother to get dressed first.

Corey has an electrifying experience with the computer.

And Bay finally reaches the top of her career. :D

They got a new cat called Shaft.

She also keeps up with the toy store and makes sure everything is running smoothly.

It didn't take long for Henly's room to be turned into Bay's workshop.

Alec wanted a kitten.

Hes pretty stoked about it.

I had to get new pet eye defaults cause the last ones seemed blah to me. These ones are nice and sparkly.

Lyric: Are you sure you want to do that? Last time it caused balls of fire to materialize in the middle of the living room.

Nothing beats the pure bliss of jumping on mattress.

Bay keeps up with her business on the phone more than anything these days.

Corey isn't so great at cooking. He dropped the whole thing on the floor.

A few friends were over visiting and this townie tried to get a little too friendly with Linden. Yeah, don't you feel stupid now.

Melody grew up.

Lyric isn't shy about claiming dominance over this household.

Shaft/Melody babies coming soon!

Their house is so pretty in the winter.

Alec grew up. I hate that he got an asian skintone... I'll have to fix that next week.

Shaft is eyeballing his sandwich.

Alec doesn't appreciate being pranked by pretty girls. Especially in front of his father.

They reconcile their differences though.

I love the overly dramatic embarrassed reactions that teens have when their parents are being all lovey-dovey.

Vielle seems to find this amusing too.

Poor Alec, hah.

Like a smooth operator he decides to take their "conversation" somewhere more private.

He schmoozes his way to his first kiss.

Fitzpatrick. He is the only one they kept.

Vielle is back...

for a little more action this time.

I love the Asian skintones, but when they show up in a non-Asian family, I facepalm. Though I end up with beauties like Caroline, so I guess it is ok. XD

Yes! I'm obsessed with breeding pets. I'd do it a lot more but I feel bad cause not everyone wants to adopt one of the poor things.

I was kind of on the fence about the asian skintones I was using. They didn't match my default tones (too shiny) but they added some nice diversity (when they worked properly!). I've decided to just try using face masks for my asian sims and if I'm not happy with that then I'll just have to try making my own asian skintones that match my default set!
